Directions	From M25/M4 junction follow signs to Heathrow Airport. Terminal 1: From tunnel follow signs to T1 departures, keep left up ramp towards Short Stay Parking set down point, chauffeur will be past 2nd pedestrian crossing at the end near lifts on right. Terminal 2: From tunnel follow signs to T2 short stay, you will be met at beginning of set down lane (furthest lane from front of T2 building on left) Terminal 3: From tunnel follow signs for T3, keep right through set of lights. Follow signs for Premier Kerb Side Check in you will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building to your right. Terminal 4: From tunnel follow signs for T4, the meet point is on the top level at the drop off/pick up area. Terminal 5: Follow the signs to terminal 5. When approaching Terminal 5, your chauffer will meet you in Terminal 5 Carpark. On Entering Terminal 5 Car Park - Follow signs to Fast Track entry lane. (level 4). - At the entry barrier press button for a parking ticket. - Drive to zones L to Q on level 4 & park in the designated area. You will then be met by a fully insured driver who will drive your car to a secure compound. Please check your Meet Time is correct as this is the time you will be met on arrival at the airport. If the meeting time changes after your booking has been made, please call at least 1 hour prior to arrival. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
Arrival procedure	Please see directions for drop off location. You will need to call the car park 30 minutes before arrival on 01895 442263. Open: 05 am to 11:59 pm.
Return procedure	Once you have collected your luggage please call the car park to arrange your transfer.
Security	The site is manned 24 hours a day is fenced and has CCTV coverage.
Insurance	Parking is at owners own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, available at car park reception.
