Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. The chauffeur wearing a black jacket, will meet outside departures in the car lane (if terminal 1, lower/left section of Departures; if Terminal 4, 3rd lane outside Departures). Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to Row L where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket. The chauffeur will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound. Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 05:00 and 00:00.
Departure procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. Return instructions will be issued by the driver on collection of the vehicle.
Security	This car park has barrier controls, CCTV, security lighting, high fencing.
Additional information	Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 05:00 and 00:00. Please note that if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, we reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to our car park to collect your vehicle. You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify the provider or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible. A chauffeur will wait 15 mins only at the terminal at the requested time. Failure to meet after that duration will incur a Ł25 fee. Customers should call 24 hours in advance to confirm booking times as well as, as much notice as possible if they are arriving late/early. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
