Arrival procedure	Our representative will meet you outside departures in the car lane (If terminal 1, lower/left section of departures) Make your way to airport Terminal 1.2.3 or 4 which is signed posted “Set Down Area”, where you will be met by a Heathrow Park 4 U representative. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended at any time.
Return procedure	Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the “Set Down Area”(which is situated outside the terminal building, i.e where you meet your driver originally.

Representative was already waiting for us at deaprtures at airport which was great.
We called the office when we had collected our bags at arrivals and there was a mix up on the times, the driver had us booked in for the evening and not the afternoon, but we only had a 10/15 mins wait for our car so overall a good service.
