Directions

From the M4:
Leave the motorway at junction 4 and follow signs for terminals 1 to 3.
At the end of the M4 spur road keep left and go under the bridge, following signs for Long Stay parking. Take the second exit off the roundabout onto the East Ramp, opposite the Emirates aeroplane. At the Nene Road roundabout, take the third exit onto Nene Road.
At the traffic lights turn left onto Northern Perimeter Road, following signs for Long Stay parking. Go straight on at two more sets of traffic lights and follow the road round to the right. The entrance to Park Wise will be on your left, about 300 yards after the lights.

From the M25:
Leave the motorway at junction 15 and take the M4 towards London. Then follow the directions above.

Arrival procedure

Park your car outside reception, unload your luggage and check-in at the reception. You'll be asked to leave your car keys with the member of staff on duty, and you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. The receptionist will give you a receipt, which you should keep, as you'll need it when you come back. Then you just need to board the transfer bus to the terminal outside reception.

Return procedure

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to Park Wise. The bus leaves from bus stop 5 outside Terminal 1, bus stop 22 outside Terminal 3, bus stop 27 outside Terminal 4, and bus stop 17 outside Terminal 5. Then just make your way to reception with your receipt. Your car will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

Security

Park Wise is manned 24 hours a day, regularly patrolled and has CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and lighting. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.

Insurance

Parking is at your own risk. The car park indemnifies customers for damage which is proved to have been caused by its negligence. You must report the damage before you leave the car park.

Disabled facilities

The transfer buses aren't wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, let the car park know in advance and they'll arrange transport for you.

Additional information

Parking prices are calculated in blocks of 24 hours, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

Trailers and motor homes are not allowed in the car park.
