Distance to airport
A driver will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secured car park while you're free to check in.

Terminal 1: Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight ahead through the tunnel to the first set of traffic lights and then follow the signs for terminal 1 departures. Proceed up ramp, staying in the left-hand lane, down slope and left into the valet parking bays. Our reception is branded valet parking.
Terminal 3: Exit M4 at J4 following signs for the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (J4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures. Follow signs to Departures past the Short-Term car park. Take 2nd lane on the right. Drive to the far end and our Reception is on the right. Park as close as possible.
Terminal 4: Leave the M25 at junction 14 and follow signs on the roundabout for the A3113 to Heathrow. Go straight on at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout go straight on onto the Southern Perimeter Road, following signs for terminal 4. Take the slip road signposted terminal 4 and follow signs for departures, which is on the upper level. The Valet Parking reception is in the nearest lane to the terminal.
Terminal 5:From M4 at junction 4 follow signs to terminal 5. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for terminal 5, continuing along the Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building.
Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for terminal 5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking Reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building.
Arrival procedure
Follow the directions for your terminal. Report to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call the number in your confirmation.

First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of 00:00 and 05:00.
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions.
