Distance to airport	You will be met at your departure terminal and your car will be transferred to a secure compound whilst you are away.
Transfers from airport	Transfers are not required as this is a Meet and Greet service.
Directions	Terminal 1: Follow signs for T1 Departures. Go up the departure ramp, keep in the left hand lane, follow the ramp down to the “ Lower Departure Level”. Pull up on the left hand side and the driver will approach you. Terminal 3: Follow signs to Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach Terminal 3 keep to the right. Pull over on the right, the terminal will be on your left. Terminal 4: Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures. Go up the departure ramp. Pull up in the third lane from the Terminal Building which is the Car Set Down Lane. Terminal 5: Follow signs to T5 departures, keep in right lane of departure ramp. Follow signs for short term car park, follow signs to fast track entrance (left hand side). Go to barrier, take ticket, follow road to rows L to Q where a MBW employee will meet you. Give keys and car park ticket to the driver.
Arrival procedure	Customers will drive to drop off area of the terminal they are flying from and go to the dictated drop off area, where they will be met by one of the drivers. The drivers will wait up to 15 minutes after the meet time, if they are going to be late they MUST telephone 0208 759 5252 or 07918697785 and re-schedule meet time.
Return procedure	Once you have got all your luggage, call 0208 759 5252. Those with hand luggage call when you land. MBW will not deliver cars to the airport if they have not been called.
Security	Cars are transferred to a nearby secured compound which is manned 24 hours a day.
