Transfers to and from terminal 4 run every one to two minutes and take three minutes.
Directions
From the M25:
Leave the motorway at junction 14 and take the A3113. Follow signs to terminal 4 and Terminal 4 Business Parking. The car park is on your right just before terminal 4.
From the A4 westbound:
Join the A30 and follow signs to terminal 4. Take the first left at the Hilton and then the first left again.
Arrival procedure
At the entry barrier, the machine will print a ticket showing your car registration number. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated.
Return procedure
Drive to the customer services office next to the exit to have your ticket validated before you leave the car park.
Security
Business Parking is protected by 24-hour CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day and patrolled regularly. It has a perimeter fence, lighting at night and entry and exit barriers.
Insurance
Parking is at the owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.
Disabled facilities
There are ramps at all the bus stops, and the buses have ramps which can be lowered to allow easier access for wheelchair users.
The disabled parking bays are next to the customer services office. Please note that the transfer buses do not have wheelchair access. If you are travelling and require wheelchair access please contact a member of staff at the car park and they will make arrangements for you.

You cannot change or cancel your booking once it is made.
This car park is the Business Parking car park for terminal 4. The bays are wider than standard parking bays.
Parking charges are calculated in blocks of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
