You will be met at the airport terminal.

Directions
IMPORTANT: Please call 20 minutes prior to your arrival at the terminal on: the number on your confirmation2 or the number on your confirmation to ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you on the exact time of your arrival.
Terminal 1: From M4, Junction 4. go through the tunnel follow signs for terminal 1 departure’s. Go up ramp keeping to the left, for the lower level set down area. Drivers have blue shirts with company logo and carry photo ID. On return call 01895 442244/ 434822 once you have luggage and have passed customs Vehicles are returned to Departures.
Terminal 3: Exit the entrance tunnel, and follow signs to Terminal 3 departures. You will be met in the middle lane outside the terminal building. The Chauffeur will wear a Light blue polo shirt with Happydays Priority services on it and will have company ID’s. On return call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation after collecting luggage and clearing customs. Exit arrivals, go through barriers, turn right and follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Turn right before exit and take the lifts on the left up to Level 1. Exit lift and turn left, going through glass tunnel. At end of tunnel, take lift in front of you to Level 5 where the chauffeur will meet you with your vehicle.
Terminals 4: Please make your way to the Departure drop off point where our representative will be waiting. You will be required to leave your car keys with the attendant.
Terminal 5: On your arrival at T5, follow signs to departures, go up a ramp. Stay in the right hand lane of the ramp, follow signs to Fast Track Short Stay. Stay in the left hand lane, make your way to the end by a set of barriers. Take a ticket from the machine and go to section L where your chauffeur will meet you. Your Chauffeur will be wearing the company uniform which is a Light blue polo shirt with Happydays Priorty services written on it they will also be displaying their company issued ID's.
Arrival procedure
A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.
Return procedure
On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage,please phone the number on your confirmation, or the number on your confirmation, from the baggage claim area,quoting your reservation number, to confirm you are ready for collection. Vehicles will be returned to Departures.
Security
This car park has razor wire perimeter fencing, CCTV and is manned 24 hours.
EXTRAS
Exterior valet
Booking includes a complimentary external valet clean. For additional convenience, your car will be collected outside the airport terminal and taken to the secured compound by a comprehensively insured driver and bought back to meet you on your return so you can start your journey home immediately.
Additional information
PLEASE NOTE: You must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes on the day of arrival please call the car park on the number on your confirmation as soon as possible. (Amendments to times before the day of arrival should be made with FHR on the number on your confirmation).
A charge for extra days of £10.00 per day would be payable on return to car park in the event that your return is delayed past the date booked.
No long wheelbase vans. Any long-wheelbase vans that arrive will be subject to further charges at the car park.
Full dealer service or faults can be arranged whilst you are away (service or fault repairs will be invoiced on a separate invoice according to cost to undertake job allocated ).
Minor chips or body repairs can be pre arranged by ringing the number on your confirmation and undertaken whilst you are away (body repairs will be invoiced separately according to cost to repair).

Not bad overall. I called 20 minutes ahead of arrival, at 0525, and the phone rang for a while then tripped to another number, which was answered. I confirmed my details and arrival time, and subsequently got a call back confirming that I would be met at 0545. I arrived at Terminal 1 and was met within a minute or two by a very pleasant and courteous young lady.
On my return, I called as soon as I landed. I was advised the vehicle would be there within 20 minutes and to be fair, they were there in about 22 minutes which wasn't bad considering it was 1820 and a very busy time at the airport.
However, I'm not sure that the car actually had the exterior valet I paid for - it didn't look significantly cleaner than when I left it so will take this up with Happydays.
