Distance to airport	This service operates from the departures area outside Terminals 1 - 5, but your car is stored away from the airport.
Transfers from airport	Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Directions	On arrival follow instructions to your designated terminal. Our chauffeur, wearing a black jacket, will meet you outside departures in the car lane (if Terminal 1, lower/left section of Departures; if Terminal 4, 3rd lane outside Departures). Important: Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the meeting time but will wait longer if you have telephoned to say you are running late. For Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for 'Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up'. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for 'Fast Track'. At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry, there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to 'Row L' where the Chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket. This service is not available before 05:00am.
Arrival procedure	On your way to the airport we ask that you call 30 minutes prior to your agreed arrival time to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal the driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you. Each terminal has a different meeting points, full details of the meeting points can be found in your booking confirmation. This service is not available before 05:00am.
Return procedure	Return instructions will be issued by the driver on collection of your vehicle.
Security	This car park has 24 hour security guards, CCTV.
Additional information	This service is not available before 05:00am. You must call the number on your confirmation5 30 minutes BEFORE your PRE-BOOKED ARRIVAL TIME at the terminal. It is very important that you arrive as close to your pre-booked time as possible. If you know you are going to be delayed please telephone the number on your confirmation to advise the driver, if you don't call you will incur a Ł25 additional charge. There is a height restriction of 7'6" at this car park.
