Both drop off and car collection worked perfectly and promptly, my only quible would be the length of time it took them to answer the phone (5 - 10 minutes)when we arrived back at Heathrow, but that said the car was then waiting for us as we emerged from the airport

Service was just as I expected, a driver was waiting when I arrived and the car was waiting when we returned from holiday!

My only negative comment is on behalf of our pick-up driver... I was held up in traffic and rang twice to say I would be late but he hadn't been informed and consequently spent 3/4 hour waiting around outside for me to arrive! He wasn't very impressed!

Left holding for a long time before he phone was answered, so the call cost about £3 and was frustrating. Somewhat better on return but at least you could use an 0800 number from a landline in the airport. Fine apart from that.

The service was exactly what we had expected and they are there when you arrive and prompt when you return. The only gripe I have is that I was charged £25 extra for arriving half an hour later than expected for departure. These guys stick rigidly to the rules they set out.

We have always enjoyed taking Meet & Greet at Heathrow and have used Budget M&G before. They seem to have been taken over by Purple Parking so unlike before where the meet and greet chauffer came to our car when we parked, this time I had to find a Purple Parking attendant after waiting 10 minutes by my car. They were apologetic and everything went smoothly after that. Pickup at Heathrow upon returning was quick and efficient.

I am afraid that this was a total disaster. I called half an hour to say that I was getting to the airport and none the operator insisted there was no record of my transaction. After spending a lot of time on the phone and being told that there were no management working on Saturday, I had to make another booking. I am still not sure whether I have been charged twice about this or not. On return, it seems that the service was very busy. I got my car back half an hour after saying that I had collected my bags, but several other customers waiting in the meet and greet area of Terminal 5 had been waiting for a long time.

I would not use this service again, I am afraid.

We used the service in heathrow terminal 5. All went exactly to plan with very polite, well dressed staff to meet and greet. Very much worth the money to top and tail your holiday in a stress free way!

I couldn't have asked for a better service; we were running late to arrive at Heathrow, no problem, no moaning, the driver was there to meet us promptly to meet us. On arrival from Boston, the passport control queue was horrenduous so again we were late leaving the terminal; the driver was there waiting, again no complaints about having to wait.

Will certainly use again.

Good service. Parking person at Heathrow arrived quickly and was very polite. Car returned in good condition - no concerns.

Services offered by Purple Parking are much better for Meet and Greet compared to Park and Ride ones.

Once we had identified that the booking reference had been "lost" both on arrival and on departure the actual service we received at Terminal 5 Heathrow was excellent. The procedures at Terminal 5 are the best I've experienced at any Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted Terminal

Excellent reliable timely service. Only issue was that the driver had taken one of our boiled sweets and obviously sneezed in the car, splattering the steering wheel and spitting the sweet out onto the seat, leaving very sticky mess.

While the overall level of service was ok and as expected I will never use this company again as they charged us a no-show fee of £25 for arriving later than originally planned. As the company instructions clearly state that you need to call them 30 minutes prior to arriving I see no need for such a fee. In my view the company uses this extra charge simply to improve their economics.

Furthermore as they demanded the payment "on the spot" we had to give them our card details again whilst navigating the road to Heathrow, which made the experience very stressful and unpleasant.

Very prompt and efficient service. The only let down was the handwritten reference on the slip used to contact you on the return to the UK. Its illegiablity meant that the car had to be traced via the registration plate.

Very easy to use, very helpful, very quick. We were supposed to arrive at 5am, when they open, but were running early. They had no problem meeting us a little before, we didn't have to wait for them too long.

I have to say my experience with meet and greet was more than I expected. We rang an hour earlier than we had booked and were given explicit instructions to find the correct place and only had to wait a matter of minutes before our car was collected. On our return we rang as we got into the airport and by the time we collected our luggage approximately 10 minutes our car was there waiting for us. So all in all made our travel experience stressless and enjoyable. Thank you.

I've booked with this parking company and when I arrived to the terminal I found purple parking company (different company) waiting for me. When I've come back I found the exhaust of my car in my car boot????. It was broken. I called them to sort out this problem and then after 3 days they said ( when your vehicle was moved, it was found on the floor underneath your vehicle; out of courtesy we placed it in your boot for you) ????
I'll never book with them again after this bad experience. I'll not recommend purple parking company.

Purple Parking was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. It may help on the instructions to initially park the vehicle to add that the Meet and Greet point was on 'Level 4 Bay L'.

We used the Purple parking team, arrived on Friday and had no probs in finding the drop of place, and staff were there straight away. Coming back on a sunday however we had to wait 30mins before the team returned our car, apprently they don't have as many staff on a weekend, which was frustrating as we watched other people come and go as the other meet and greets had someone there at all times. My advice would be use them on a weekday or if you don't mind waiting to be greeted on a weekend, otherwise I'd look else where. Other wise the staff were friendly.
