Distance to airport (time)	All vehicles are collected and returned to the applicable departure terminal.
Transfers from airport	Not required as this a Meet and Greet service.
Arrival procedure	If you have booked the same day you are travelling please telephone the car park once you receive your booking confirmation. You must call when you are approx. 30 minutes away from Heathrow airport to confirm your arrival time. From M4 J4 take Heathrow spur. Terminal 1: From M4, Junction 4. On entering Heathrow through the tunnel follow signs for T1 departures. Proceed up the ramp keeping to the left, for the lower level set down area. Drivers can be identified by blue shirts with company logo and carry photo ID. Terminal 2: From tunnel follow signs to T2 short stay, you will be met at beginning of set down lane (furthest lane from front of T2 building on left). Terminal 3: From tunnel follow signs for T3, keep right through set of lights. Follow signs for 'Premier Kerb Side Checkin' you will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building to your right. Terminal 4: When approaching T4 go up ramp towards departures keeping left. Up ramp signed 'Departures Set Down point' chauffeur will be waiting between front and middle of lanes 2 & 3 under 'The British Airways Express parking Sign'. Terminal 5: Our Chauffeur will be waiting on level 4 to collect your vehicle. You will then be met by a fully insured driver who will drive your car to a secure compound. Please check your Meet Time is correct as this is the time you will be met on arrival at the airport. If the meeting time changes after your booking has been made, please call at least 1 hour prior to arrival. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. PLEASE NOTE: UB8 do not accept cars before 5am. If you book for arrival between 4-5am you will be charged a Ł20 surcharge at the car park.
Return procedure	After you have collected your luggage please call the car park. The driver will then return your car to the airport terminal. Terminal 1: Vehicles are returned to DEPARTURES. Terminal 3: When exiting the arrivals area through the barriers, take a right and follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Take a right before the exit, and then take the lifts on the left hand side up to Level 1. On exiting the lifts, take a left and make your way through the glass tunnel. At the end of the tunnel, take the lifts in front of you up to Level 5 where the chauffeur will meet you with your vehicle.
Security	This is a dedicated Meet & Greet service so there is no public access to the site, with an entrance gate that is locked when not in use, the site has perimeter fencing to all sides. CCTV is in operation with 3 fixed cameras and one dome which cover all areas. The site is manned to meet the needs of the business, generally this is from 04:30 to 23:00 7 days a week. There is also a Night Security Guard for the industrial estate arranged by the landlord. BAA Licensed Permit holders.
Insurance	All UB8 drivers are fully insured to drive customers vehicles.
