We used UB8's Meet & Greet Service at Heathrow, this month Feb 2010 - the service was excellent, they even responded the same day to an e-mail from me advising that I had to change the terminal number - no problem. The service was very good value and on our return, they phoned me twice first to advise that they would be 15 minutes late delivering the car and the 2nd time to advise that they were arriving at the terminal. Car was received back with no damage and more importantly warm, ideal at 9 pm on a cold wet night. Well done, I will be using you again.

Excellent service.

Phoned 30 mins before arrivinfg at heathrow. We were met by a very pleasnat lady who drove off in my 3 week old car! We then walked across the road into departures.

Phoned as soon as we had picked up luggage and within 15 mins car was delivered back cleaned and ready for the drive home. Excellent service will certainly use it again!

We would like to thank you for the great service you provided for us on our recent trip leaving from Heathrow Airport. Your company provided us with a very good service and well so helpful having never travelled from Heathrow Airport before, your collection service and meet and greet service on our return was to be commended. We have always been wary of the cost of parking at Heathrow and because of that we mostly travel from Manchaester so you can imagine the suprise of thelow cost compared to Manchester. This was so remarkably easy and efficient that I only wish that I had used it when travelling via Heathrow before. The pick up and return was almost seamless - they were were there when we arrived and returned the car to us within about 10 minutes of us phoning from Arrivals.

We used UB8 Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport for our recent holiday to Florida. The service was excellent, someone was there to collect our car within 2 minutes of us getting to the location, and it was reassuring that they checked the car with us before they took it away.

On our return we did have to wait about 10 minutes for our car to be to be returned to us, but this was still quicker than getting on a courtesy bus and being driven miles from the Airport, as been our past experience of Airport parking.

The service was well worth the money and I would recommend everyone who has to use their own car to get to an airport to use Meet & Greet - in my opinion it made the start & end of our holiday completely hassle free - what more could you ask for ??

Will we be using you again ?? - without a doubt!!

Poor

It was very difficult to find a place to park the car while you waited for the company to take the car away, we had to go round for 20 minutes losing any time savings over the medium term parking. When we returned to the car the house keys we had left on the key ring were not there and we spent a good twenty minutes arguing on the phone with the company as they accused us of loosing our own keys. After threathening to go to the police they then found the paperwork which although contravened all their claimed procedures noted that the house keys were left in the car. It took us a little while to find them as they had been left in a drinks holder!

Not the type of stress that you need after a 7 hour flight. We would never use this company again but would use park and greet as we invariably do. Our recommendation would be to go for a dearer company who have the resource to look after customers properly.

cannot recommend this company at all - they kept us waiting 15 minutes to drop the car off - even though we had phoned as requested in their confirmation letter - but even worse was that they kept us waiting ONE HOUR on our return for our car - what was the point in paying extra for valet parking when you end up waiting around longer than if you had to catch a bus and collect it yourself!

meet and greet was an extremely efficient service which took a lot of the worry away from being in time to catch a flight. My only slight concern was when we arrived back it took 3 phone calls to make contact as the voice mail was on. Apart from that it was great

Arrival process was simple with good instructions and a driver waiting to collect the car. Only problem was on return we were told it would be 15-20 minutes whereas it was actually 40 mins - OK but if we were told we would have had time to get a coffee. Overall a good service at a good price and much easier than traveling to outside car parks.

It was not clear that we had booked with UB8, thought we had booked with Purple Parking, email confirmation was from Purple Parking. Had lost our booking had to wait to drop keys took so long eventually had to give keys to Purple parking chap to pass on. On return waited over half an hour for car and this was after we had phoned to say we had landed. Would not use again.

Excellent BUT calling when one has baggage to hand on arrival is TOO LATE. We had to wait in freezing weather for 25 minutes from exiting the building until the car arrived. I would suggest a call as soon as through passport control.

Overall I was pleased-the car was very grubby on return but assume that was dust from where ever it was stored, and a brief rain storm cleared it. the car was picked up promptly and turned up within 20 mins of call on return

We were very impressed with the service we received from UB8 meet and greet. We arrived late at the airport due to traffic problems, missing our meet time. On phoning to explain I was told this wasn't a problem. All the staff were courteous and friendly. On arrival back at Heathrow we had a short wait for the return of our car. This enabled us to be at the meet point before our car. I would recommend UB8 and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I did not have to wait long which was great but I waited in the lane furthest across where my car was collected originally and unfortunately the driver came down the bus/taxi route and therefore I had to throw everything in the car immediately to drive away quickly as traffic had built up behind. I'd wanted to take time to set up the satnav and gather my thoughts after a long trip. The result was I got hopelessly lost due to a traffic diversion and by the time I found somewhere to pull in and use the satnav I got caught up in a traffic jam and took nearly 2 hours longer to get home. Partly my fault but after a long wait in Lisbon of 6 hours to transfer flights it wasn't an ideal ending. Also I want to mention that when the car was collected I was surprised and questioned that the driver had no identification on him, nor did I receive a receipt for the £10 supplement I had to pay. I could have been handing over my money and my car to anyone.

When we rang them from 15 mins away, they were not expecting us and did not have our booking on their records. However, they did meet us (we had to wait 10 mins for them). We had to give them our printout of the booking. On the way back we phoned from Frankfurt to check they now had our booking. They were very vague and kept me hanging on while they talked to another caller. We had to wait for them for 15 mins to bring the car to meet and greet place. Other than that they looked after our car OK!

The price is good, but your organisation fall short of expectations. On the outward trip I phoned about 1 hour beforhand to let you know I'd be early - you couldn't find any paperwork relating to my booking, although someone did meet us there. On the return trip, you had no record of my name or my car or my return date. I had to give you the booking ref, my name the car registration. You then had to search the car park for my car!. Someone did deliver the car about 45 minutes after I called which is not a great problem but it was worrying that you had no record of me or my car.

Excellent

Confusion over precisley where our car would be delivered i.e. which lane outside the airport so we had to keep looking (in the rain) at both lanes of traffic; but this was due to the closure of one lane. Slight wait (about 20 mins) in car arriving but apparently this was due to the traffic at the time of arrival of our delayed flight. So overall, a really excellent service. Much better than bussing from/to car parks and worth every penny.

I would totally recommend the meet and great service that UB8 offer! The service was great; when we arrived our driver was there waiting and he was very helpfull and friendly. It was exactly the same on our return. All we had to do was to make two calls to them to let them know when we would be arriving. The whole experience ran smootly and was totally stress free and with two small children, that's exactly what we wanted. We also thought the price was very reasonable.

I used UB8 Meet and Greet on a recent trip from Heathrow to Orlando. I had an early 6am meet and a 1030am return. I phoned the company approx 30 minutes prior to my arrival ay Heathrow and I had a very short wait on both occasions. The drivers I met were most courteous and polite and the car was returned in the same condition I left it. I was very pleased with the written intructions/terms and conditions and will use the service again. Well done

Excellent, someone was there as soon as we arrived and ensured a smooth handover. We rang after clearing customs and the car appearing in under 10 minutes, a really big bonus after a 12 hour flight.

My only suggestion would be to make the drop off location details slightly clearer "outside lane" is a little vague when you do not know the layout of the airport.

We called 30mins before we pulled up at Heathrow and they took our car about 5mins after we arrived, just enough time to get a trolley and unload. On the way home, we stepped outside and there they were just pulling hope. Would defo use UB8 again when we go away again. FABTASTIC
