Arrival procedure	Please call our team of chauffeurs when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. 99% of the time the chauffeur will recognise you and wave you down when you enter the designated area of drop-off. He/She will have photo card identification and the details of your booking. In an unlikely event you are ahead of our chauffeur, he/she will approach you with the above. The chauffeur will check your car for any existing damages and mark them on our process form. He/She will then re-confirm with you the provided return details to check if there are correct. The chauffeur will take your car keys and car park ticket (where applicable). You will then sign the process form and you will be handed over a slip containing the confirmation that we have collected your car. Operating hours are 4am until midnight.
Return procedure	It is advisable to call or text us once you're through customs if you have luggage with you. If it's only hand luggage make the call when you are through passport control and your car will be waiting for you! Operating hours are 4am until midnight.
Security	A fully insured personal chauffeur will meet you outside the Departure Terminal. Car park has 24 hour security and CCTV. Secure car park, fenced with regular security patrols.
Insurance	All drivers are insured to drive your vehicle to and from the airport.

Disabled facilities	The service is ideal for disabled passengers, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
