We had no problems with the whole process, we arrived parked and taken to Glasgow Airport within 15 min.

On arrival back at Glasgow Airport the bus was waiting driver very courtious and helped with luggage. Picked up our car and on our way home, all within 30 min of touchdown. well done I would use this service again.I Already have recomended you to a friend.

Good car park but the thing that bother me is my friend used parksafe which recently joined forces with this company and it was a diffrent price but the same service same car park diffrent price diffrent companies how can they get away with that.

Great car park. Easy to find and even though it was 4 in the morning the staff were all cheery, helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Drop off was quick and close to the airport.

Upon return pick up was quick from exactly where they said they'd be, driver fair helped cheer me up (lost luggage, awake for 24 hours) and it was only about 10 mins from pick up till I was back on the road heading home.

Very impressed, would definitely use again!

We parked up and the pickup shuttle was there within about 5 minutes.
On our return again the shuttle was there within 10 minutes of the call to say we had landed.

Very good, would use again. You park the car yourself and do not have to leave your keys with them so more pewace of mind about misuse whil left with them. Prompt bus transers in both directions. Efficient service.

This is the first time i've used this car park and will always use it in future, it was much better than all the other car parks i've used in and around Paisley, drop off and pick up was excellent and very prompt and the price was by far excellent value for money, I would recommend anyone needing to parktheir car to use this car park

The car park was ideal. All paperwork was completed without getting out of the car. The transfer bus was quick and comfortable. All staff were curteous.

Booking on-line works v ery well and I found the location directions very useful. Email confirmation was quick and clear. The process on entering the car park was quick and efficient.

I was not happy to wait nearly 20 minutes for the bus to arrive when I returned; this is too long to wait!

I found Park and Fly to be excellent.They have a waiting room with WC which was very fresh and clean and your bus was waiting for you which was also first class. On our return and after we called to say we had arrived by the time we walked to the pick up point the bus was again waiting for us. very swift service had no complaints and would use again, would recommend to everybody.

This was my first experience with Park N Fly at Glasgow and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were priced the most competitively to begin with and in many respects they at least equalled or even bettered other similar services I've used, from the helpful staff to the quality of the bus itself. I certainly appreciated the warmth of the waiting area on a cold, wet and windy day!

Very pleased with quality of service provided. Transfer to airport was very prompt after having to wait about 10 minutes in the waiting area, this was due to the fact that the transport was already during an airport transfer run. Pick-up was fast, transport only took 5 minutes to arrive at pick-up point after making the call to Park N Fly from the airport. Would definitely use again.

We were not able to use your facilities because my car broke down 12 hours before we were due to travel, and could not be repaired in time for me to use your parking at Linwood. I had to make other travel arrangements to get to and from Glasgow airport. I phoned your helpline but they were not willing to refund any part of the fees for my booking. My score reflects on the company's refund policy and not your actual parking services, which we were unable to use.

Little bit slow on leaving to go to airport. However, both drivers to and from airport were courteous and helpful at all times. On return from airport, bus was already waiting and allowed us to leave bags on bus so we could take our cars round - save carting them all the way round the car park. 1st class service - would use again.

We were very happy with the service we received from Glasgow park and fly. We were taken to the airport and picked up from the airport very promptly which is great at the end of a tiring trip. The staff were friendly and helpful which was lovely as we were struggling with three cases, a baby and a toddler. We would definitely use park and fly in the future.

Everything went relatively smoothly. One comment I would make is about the directions from Glasgow - your directions say 'Exit M8 immediately after
Junction 28A(A737)'. This would be clearer if it said Exit M8 at Junction 29, then follow the A737 until the A761 Linwood road. Also I arrived at Glasgow airport at approx. 1.00p.m. - picked up my luggage and got to the bus stops at the pick up area around 1.30p.m.. I was picked up at around 2.20p.m. - however I realise I may have just missed a bus by the time I got to the bus stops. Everything else went O.K. - nice clean car park - very helpful staff - very accommodating bus driver - very many thanks.

Unfortunatley my mother in law died sudenly the day before we were due to fly. I called to cancel the airport parking and was told i could not cancel at such short notice. Most inconsiderate of her to die so soon before we were due to fly. All other companies have given us a full refund with the exception of yourselves. Very poor customer service.

No probs going out but on return at early hour we had to wait with some others much longer than anyone else for the Park'N'Fly bus to turn up (40 minutes after phone call). Their competitors were much quicker. As a consequence we were held up in to the Glasgow rush hour traffic.

The driver on both occasions was friendly and helpful. Perhaps this company is simply under-staffed.

Park n Fly Glasgow provided excellent service to and from the airport, everyone was very helpful, down tot he bus driver who helped us on and off with bags. I will definately be using them in the future and will pass on their name to any friends needing to park up for Glasgow Airport. For a company who had only been up and running for 3 weeks prior to us using them they were very well organised. Keep up the good work!!!
