I used the 'meet and greet' service because I was travelling with two small children (2 and 6 months) I was impressed with the service on the whole they weren't there when I arrived but I had spoken to the very helpful car collector who guided me into the pick up point. However more importantly they were waiting with the heating on in the car when I got back at 1am with two sleepy children. However I had expected (like Edinburgh) to drop the car literally outside the terminal door. The shortish walk (in the rain) I experienced would have been impossible for me if my Dad (who was travelling separately) hadn't met me at the car to take the luggage. I appreciate that no one seems to have a drop of point outside the terminal but that would have been excellent for someone in my position travelling alone.
