Summer Special Parking North is an on-airport car park located close to Gatwick's North terminal.

Transfers from airport

Summer Special is five minutes from the North terminal on the transfer bus. Transfers run 24 hours a day at varying intervals and are included in the price.

Transfers are only available to the North Terminal. If you are flying from the South Terminal there is a monorail service that runs 24 hours a day between the North & South Terminals.

Leave the M23 at junction 9 and follow signs for Gatwick airport. At the first roundabout go straight on, following signs for the North terminal. At the second roundabout, take the third exit. You will pass a BP petrol station on your right. At the third roundabout, go straight on. At the fourth roundabout, turn left, following the signs to Summer Special parking.

Arrival procedure

Park in the area near reception, then head to reception to check in. Make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. You'll need to leave your car keys with reception, as your car will be parked for you. Then you can just hop on the transfer bus to the North terminal.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time.

Return procedure

The bus will pick you up from the lower arrivals forecourt and take you back to the car park to pick up your car. Your car will be ready for you in the returns area near reception.

Security

Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, protected by security fencing, floodlights, remote cameras and regular patrols by staff and Sussex Police. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.

Insurance

Car Park indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on part of its servants/agent.

Arrangements can be made for disabled customers. Once you have booked call the car park to arrange.

Additional information

This car park is located at the North Terminal and now offers transfers to the North Terminal. Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. The car park cannot accept Minibuses or Vans (max. size 7ft width). Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Please note, that as of 28th January 2008 until further notice, reconstruction work will be commencing on the Northern Perimeter Road. This may lead to short delays accessing and exiting the car park at certain times of the day. Please ensure that you allow extra time to reach the car park, before transferring to the terminal to catch your flight.

Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.

Car park can not accept Minibuses or Vans - max. size 7ft width.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
