Distance to airport	On airport - 1 minute walk to the North Terminal.

Arrival procedure	Drive to Sofitel Hotel (attached to Gatwick North terminal) and enter the hotel car park, take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to car park reception with your booking voucher and the car park ticket, where you will be greeted by the car park representive. You can then just walk across the road into the North terminal building. Customers travelling from the South terminal can take the free monorail train from inside North terminal. This service departs every six minutes (three minutes at peak times) and the journey takes two minutes. Please note - you will need to leave your car keys.
Return procedure	Collect luggage, clear Customs and walk across the road from the North terminal to the hotel. Proceed to car park reception where you will be given keys to your car to be collected from the car park.
Security	All cars will be removed to Meteor Parking's secure compound for the duration of your holiday and brought back to the hotel car park for collection.
Important	Please note: The Monorail between North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport will be closing for refurbishment in September 2009 and will be closed until the middle of next year (date to be advised). Replacement buses will be provided from the upper terminal forecourt of each terminal and will depart every three minutes.
