Directions

Follow signs to Gatwick Airport from all major roads.



North Terminal: Lower Level

On approach to the North Terminal there are 3 lanes - take the middle lane sign posted "arrivals" at car rentals (Lower Level). Keep in the lane "Cars Only". DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL
.
You will be met outside the car rentals building. Look out for our RS09 representative wearing Black trousers and a White shirt with a RS09 name badge, who will collect your vehicle.



South Terminal: Lower Level

On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for ARRIVALS and stay in the middle lane. Stay on the LOWER LEVEL DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL. Proceed through the tunnel and go through the traffic lights and park immediately on the right hand side where an RS09 Parking representative wearing Black trousers and a White shirt with a RS09 name badge, who will collect your vehicle.

Arrival procedure

You will be required to call RS09 Parking 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time. A chauffeur will be there to Meet and Greet you.

Return procedure

On your return, once you have collected all of your baggage please call RS09 to arrange pick-up. RS09 will require 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pick-up point.

Security

Your car will be stored in a fully secure compound close to the Airport.
