Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required as this is a Meet and Greet service.

Directions

Drive to the North or South Terminal at Gatwick Airport. If you are using the M23 turn off at Junction 9 or follow airport signs from the A23.

North Terminal Departure:
The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park. Then park in the bays marked.

South Terminal Departure:
Drive your car to the Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal. Drive to the far end, through the second set of traffic lights and park immediately on the left.

Arrival procedure

Eco-Parking will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. It is essential you call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

Your car is driven to a secure car park 7 miles by road from London Gatwick Airport. In order to park your car, it may be driven up 20 miles.

Return procedure

On your return to Gatwick Eco-Parking will text you when you land, please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. Eco-Parking will return your car to outside the Terminal where they collected it from you.

Security

Eco Parking compound has full perimeter fencing with double security gates, CCTV, floodlighting and alarm monitoring 24/7.

All drivers are fully insured, mature, uniformed individuals who carry I.D. You are given a receipt for your car which we will require on your return. All cars are damage checked on departure and return.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Additional information

Please note a mobile contact number is essential and can be entered into the Home Telephone field on the booking form. Please call the number on your confirmation if you have not already supplied a mobile phone number to ensure your meet and greet parking experience is seamless and stress free.

Please also note that car details are also essential, even if they may need changing at a later date, as Eco parking staff cannot spot you outside the Terminal amongst all the other holiday makers and you may be delayed.

Your parking will be conducted by Help-Me-Park at London Gatwick Airport.

Eco-Parking do not accept any vehicle larger than a Ford Transit short wheel based van. We also do not accept trailers. Vehicles without a valid tax disc covering the return date and vehicles with illegal tyre tread depth or those that are unfit to drive safely will also be refused and you will have to make other arrangements to park your vehicle.
