You will be met at the airport terminal.

Directions

For South Terminal:
Keep on the ground floor level and head for the ‘car drop off’ point. Drive to the far end of the concourse, passing over the traffic lights. Please look out for our drivers who will be wearing black shirts/jackets and trousers with the Meteor meet and greet parking logo clearly visible.

For North Terminal:
Follow the signs to Departures going up the ramp, park in the right hand lane at the top of the ramp. Please look out for our drivers who will be wearing black shirts/jackets and trousers with the Meteor meet and greet parking logo clearly visible.

PLEASE CALL the number on your confirmation WHEN YOU ARE 10 MINUTES AWAY from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to ring may result in a delay.

Arrival procedure

Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a uniformed chauffeur who will be waiting (with a trolley) to take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

Please note, you will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary).

Please call Meteor on the number on your confirmation for any amendment to your reservation (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time).

Departure procedure

Your car will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal building.

Security

Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols. The car park holds the secured car parks award.

Additional information

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Please note that due to temporary insurance restrictions we are unable to accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin and Ferrari.

This meet and greet service is available from both the South and the North Terminal. Ensure you choose the correct terminal from the results when you quote.
