We used cophall farm in november 2011 the service we recieved was excellent, friendly staff, helpfull driver,bus was ready and waiting both ways 10mins transfer, would recommend and use again

Save yourself time and money use Cophall Farm Parking. The parking service was excellent. They were extremely efficient and friendly. I rang up when we got back to Gatwick and within 10 minutes they were there ready to take us back to the car park. My car was ready to drive out. No fuss, no queues just the car. Would I recommend them? Definitely.

The service was prompt getting to and from the terminal - I did not have to wait for the minibus at all.
However it was very disappointing that my car inside was all covered in cakes of clay mud when I collected the car.

Easy to find. The check-in procedure was quick and the journey of about 15 minutes to Gatwick (South Terminal) was problem-free.

The return journey was simple and quick (at 6.15 a.m.) with the shuttle waiting for us when we exited the terminal. The route back to the M23 was quick and easy. No problems at all.

I used this car park for 11 days at the end of September.

The car park is very easy to find, exceptionally well presented and most importantly VERY secure.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The coach transfer to and from the airport was fast and friendly which is all you can ask for.

I would highly recommend using this car park and will do so myself any time I fly from Gatwick

Poor

we were apalled by the service we recieved on collection from terminal three. we phoned for collection at 5.03pm.eventually got on mimibus at 6.15. how is that for a speedy sevice. as for customer care, 2 minibuses came and went and we were left standing there despite the fact that my wife who is 70 and has a walking aid and cannot stand for long without pain. I also phoned three times whilst waiting and was told a bus is on its way,that was true but they left us their on two of those occasoins

It was fine. One suggestion. Instead of saying "in about 12 minutes" when the client phones to request transport from the airport, I propose you say the bus will arrive at the bus stop between 10.05 and 10.00. This will be more precise and avoid thinking "is this the one?" etc. Many thanks Robin

All good. Quick efficient service. Landed at 05:00 and within 5 minutes of call to office, minibus was waiting to pick us up. Car waiting when we got back to Cophall. 2nd time we have used and will do so again.

Very professional service that has a far more personl touch than the bigger companies. Although a little further from the airport the transfer times were actually quicker and you get a seat on a smaller minibus unlike the crowded large coaches, with a driver who loads and unloads your luggage for you. A very easy and pleasant experience.

Drop off and pick-up of vehicle was simple & quick. Transfer to and from airport was exceptionally prompt.
In fact the minibus pulled up to collect us as we approached the bus-stop. You can't get better service than that.

This is a superb car parking company that excels in it's customer service. I first used them last November and had chosen them as my car parking for a flight from Gatwick this November. Yesterday, the airline contacted me to tell me that my November flight had been rescheduled and had now been assigned to Heathrow instead of Gatwick, meaning that my booked car parking at Cophall Farm was no longer required. I phoned Cophall Farm and they immediately authorised the return of my car parking fee to my debit card of minus just £10 for administration.

First Rate. Not used before but would not hesitate to recommend. Staff were helpful and courteous. Pick-up was prompt and taking was equally good. Although I rarely use Gatwick, I would cetainly use Cophall Farm again.
