South Terminal: Follow the signs for the passenger drop off and proceed past both sets of traffic lights to the far end using both right and left hand bays. The Chauffeur will be wearing an Airparks orange hi-visibility waistcoat and will be looking for your car.
North Terminal: Follow the signs for the flight departures taking you to the upper level. You will be met in the cars only lane. The Chauffeur will be wearing an Airparks Airparks orange hi-visibility waistcoat and will be looking for your car.
Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival. Your car is parked five miles away from the airport.
Transfer to airport
No transfers will be required as you are met at both ends of your journey at your airport terminal.
Arrival procedure
Please confirm with Airparks when you are within 20 minutes of arriving at your designated terminal. Phone 01293 842903 and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at your designated terminal. If you are arriving via the M25 please phone prior to taking the M23. It is important to keep Airparks informed of any delays.
Should you be unable to phone on your journey then the chauffeur will be dispatched to meet you at the booked time, where they will wait for 15 minutes.
If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 842903/4 at least 24 hours before arrival.
Please note that on meet for departure the driver will be required to complete a vehicle inspection report that identifies any damage or marks on your vehicle and you will be asked to sign the report. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage. Should you fail to leave adequate time to complete this process Airparks cannot be held responsible for any claims in respect of damage to your vehicle that has not been recorded within the report.
Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (monorail) will close to passengers on the 28th of September 2009. New shuttles will come into service in May and July 2010. A replacement bus service will run every three minutes during the day and every six minutes at night between the terminals. You should allow 20 minutes for the journey.
Return procedure
You will have been given instructions when you meet the driver on your outbound departure. If you lose these instructions after your departure please call 01293 842903/4 when you are ready to leave the terminal and ask for instructions on where to meet the driver.
Security
The compound where your car is stored has twenty four hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and full security barriers. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.
Insurance
Your vehicle is fully insured to be driven by Airparks members of staff. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.

The service is suitable for disabled passengers, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Additional information
If possible, please enter in all the relevant information at the time of booking, to ensure that your Meet and Greet is quick and simply. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence.
Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.10m (7 ft).

Meet on return or arrival only
Please note that as well as the standard meet and greet service where you will be met at the terminal on your arrival and return there is also two other services available. A meet on arrival only and a meet on return only. For these services you will be expected to either drop your car at the car park before you travel or pick it up on your return depending on which service you have chosen.

I have just used your car parking at Gatwick South. The chap I have dealt with John I think his name was has been great. We messed him about in the 13th of April when we were supposed to go and he was great then when we returned two days later than expected due to the volcano he was also great.
