Directions	For South Terminal: Follow signs for flight arrivals taking you to the lower forecourt Area. You will be met at the "CAR SET DOWN AREA" as signposted. The driver will be wearing a BCP cap and carrying a BCP clipboard. For North Terminal: Follow signs for Flight Departures taking you to the Upper forecourt Area. You will be met at the "CARS ONLY" lane as signposted. The driver will be wearing a BCP cap and carrying a BCP clipboard. The BCP driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for 15 minutes after the meeting

Difference between services	As well as the standard meet and greet service where you are met by a driver on your departure and your return, there are also two other services on offer: Meet on Arrival - On arrival, drive to the terminal where a chauffeur will meet you. On return, you must claim your car from the carpark. Meeet on Return - Your car must be dropped off at the car park on arrival. When returning, a chauffeur will bring your car to the terminal. Ensure you choose your desired option from the results when you quote.

The drop off was perfect. We where early and managed to arrange a earlier pick up. Only had to wait 5 minutes.

The arrival back from the holiday was a bit of a pain. I called the number 4 times before I got through and each time the line rang until I was cut off - this was very frustrating and not what you want when returning from holiday. This wasted about 10/15 minutes of waiting. Then had to wait a further 15 minutes for the car - however the traffic was bad so this is understandable.

Overall a good service - would have been better if they had answered the phone!
