Directions
Drive directly to the airport where you will be met. Your car will be taken to a secure compound while you are away and returned to the airport terminal for your return.
Arrival procedure
Please call ACE Parking on 07818 062 875 a minimum of 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time.
South Terminal: On approach to the south terminal please stay in the right hand lane and remain on the lower level. Proceed to the end of the tunnel. On the left hand side there is a courtesy Car Drop Off area. To the right and left of this there is a waiting area where you will be met by an ACE representative.
North Terminal: On approach to the North Terminal please keep to the lane marked Cars Only. Proceed to the end of this lane where you will find a waiting area on the left hand side. You will be met here by the ACE representative.
Return procedure
Please call ACE Parking on 07818 062 875 once you have collected your luggage ACE meet and greet will require 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pick up point.

Additional information
This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.
Unfortunately ACE do not accept the following vehicles:- Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Maserati due to high insurance premiums.
The customer should inspect their vehicle at the end of the parking period and before leaving the airport. Any damage is to be reported to 07818 062 875 (24 hours line). No complaint for damage will be considered by Ace parking UK Limited once the vehicle has left the airport.
A £10 charge will be made for all cars returned after midnight.
