Distance to airport
This is a meet and greet service so you are met at the airport terminal by a driver who will then drive your car to a secure car park and then return it to you at the terminal when you return.
Transfers from airport
Not required as this is a Meet and Greet service.

It is very IMPORTANT that you call ACE Parking 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time in case you are arriving earlier or later than booked.
Arrival procedure

Please call ACE Meet and Greet parking 20 minutes before arrival at your terminal destination to reconfirm your arrival time in case you are arriving earlier or later than booked. An ACE representative at Gatwick North or South terminal will meet you. Staff wearing Ace meet and greet staff uniform, the chauffeur will conduct a brief check of your car, collect your booking confirmation and take the keys, leaving you free to continue into the check in area of the terminal building. Your vehicle will be driven to a secure compound and stored until your return.
South Terminal: Follow the signs for 'Passenger Drop-off', remain on the lower level. Proceed to the end of the tunnel, crossing 2 sets of traffic lights, park up on the right hand side where an ACE representative will meet you.
North Terminal: Follow the signs for 'Passenger Drop-off', remain on the lower level. Follow either lane, keep the multi-storey car park entrance to your left and the Sofitel hotel to your right. Proceed to the far end where an ACE representative will meet you.
In order to park your car on a secure car park, it may be driven roughly 23.5 miles, maximum of 40 miles.
Return procedure

On entering baggage re-claim and when you have collected ALL your luggage please call ACE Meet and Greet, who will return your car to you when you arrive at the return pick up point.
ACE meet and greet will require 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pick up point.

All their drivers are insured fully comprehensive to drive your vehicle.
EXTRAS
Disabled facilties
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Additional information
This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.
Unfortunately ACE do not accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Maserati due to high insurance premiums.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged £10 extra per day, this amount is payable on your return to the chauffer.
A £10 charge will be made for all cars returned after midnight.
The customer should inspect their vehicle at the end of the parking period and before leaving the airport. Any damage is to be reported to 07818 062 875 (24 hours line). No complaint for damage will be considered by Ace parking UK Limited once the vehicle has left the airport.
