Directions
Exeter airport is off the A30, one mile eastbound from M5 junction 29. Take the B3184 junction off the A30 (first junction eastbound). On the roundabout follow signs for Exeter airport and travel one mile on the B3184. At the junction for the airport (just after the pedestrian crossing) follow the CP1 directional signs to the car park - opposite the airport terminal.
Arrival procedure
At the entry barrier, your vehicle registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference. The barrier will then open (if you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance). Park your vehicle and make a note of the zone that you have parked in.
Return procedure
If for some reason your parking ticket does not have a booking reference printed on it, please go to the customer services office located in car park 2 prior to returning to your vehicle.
On exit, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically as long as you are still within your pre booked period. (If you have overstayed this period you can pay the balance by credit or debit card at the exit. (If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance).
Security
The car park is floodlit, has CCTV and regular security patrols.
Disabled facilities
Please drive to the short-term car park (located opposite the airport terminal and free for the first 15 minutes) to drop off/collect disabled passengers. Disabled spaces are not pre-bookable.
Additional information
No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
If you need any extra days' parking, you can pay at the machine in the arrivals hall or in car park 1. The APCOA customer service office is in car park 2.

As we fly on a regular basis and use various airports we get bombarded by companies all offering discounts of up to 15% off Airport Parking but when you investigate they are all offering the same nett prices. Misleading !!

We chose the shot term parking which was very handy for the airport departure and arrival entrance especially since I was travelling with my elderly mother.
Some confusion about taking a parking ticket from the machine on entry and how to exit the car park on our return was unhelpful and a bit stressful. Could be better explained both on the ticket and at the barrier. Otherwise very smooth and usable facility.

Pre-paid but on exit asked me to pay. Pressed assistance button had to wait for at least 10 minutes before anyone answered. This happened at the other barrier too, so massive queue built up with drivers beeping their horns. I use this airport at least twice a month and seriously thinking of getting a cab organised now.
