Arrival procedure	When you are approximately 20 minutes from the terminal, please call Fly Parks on 07912 944527 to re-confirm your arrival time. Drive to the airport and you will be met at the short stay car park just 20 metres from the terminal entrance. Please pass ticket issued at the entrance of the car park back to the Fly Parks driver as he will need this to exit with your vehicle. Your car will then be taken to a secured compound close to the airport. If you are going to be any later or earlier than the time you have booked for, please call on 07912 944527 to re-arrange. If you cannot through on the above number please call 01392 360534. In all instances it imperative that you contact us 20 minutes before arrival in order to avoid delays.
Return procedure	On your return once you have cleared customs call 07912 944527 to let the drivers know you are ready and your car is returned to you at the short stay car aprk for immediate departure.
Security	Cars are stored in a secured compound 1.5 miles away with CCTV and manned 24 hours a day.
Disabled facilities	Please note that Fly Parks cannot drive specially adapted vehicles.
