We used this for a 7 day trip away in March 2010 and would definately use it again - the service is really good. Transfer to airport only took a few minutes and bus left alomost immediately so no waiting around in the cold :-) Driver even helped put luggage on bus for us. Car ready and parked outside office on return, despite flight being 24 hours late in arriving at Edinburgh . Really good value for money.

A quick and efficient service was experienced on both routes to and from the airport. It is also a great access point to get straight onto the motorway to go home. Would recommended!

I found this car park very efficient. I arrived approx 5 hours before I was due to because of adverse weather conditions in the north I had left early. On arrival the attendant was very helpful and arranged transport to the airport within 20 minutes. Pick up was again very prompt and the car was waiting

The cheapest car park near Edinburgh airport. Staff is very helpful. Car was on when we came back from the airport, so it was enjoyable to have a warm car by -2 degrees!! We will use them again.

Consistently cheaper than other car parks.Staff (now largely foreign) helpful and obliging although I was worried this time that the driver was using his mobile phone whilst driving,this is not acceptable.Transfers carried out when customers need them and usually leave promptly,only had to wait a while on one or two occasions.Good provision of free phone in terminal to confirm arrival.Good service

very good service, directions were easily followed, car left with absolute minimum fuss or delay, immediate transfer to airport. Quick arrival of bus on return to be met with car already started at car park (and defrosting) before journey home.

I have used this parking a few times and it has always been excellent. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes for the minibus. The thing I love best is that they always have my car waiting for me outside the office when I return from my flight. I recommend it very highly!!

I use this car park whenever I fly from Edinburgh as it offers the lowest prices and efficient service.
However, I was a little upset to find large amounts of snow inside my car on my return from Milan. If care is taken when opening car door, in spite of snow gathered on roof, there is no need for this to happen. So please, a little more care in future.I did mention this to the receptionist.

As always top class service. Got back on a freezing night to find the staff had cleared the windows of ice and my car ready to go. Thank you! Unlike some occasions at other airport car parks where I've had to spend ages trying to de-ice the car late at night in the cold before heading home...

I have used this Park & Fly twice now. Easy to find coming from Glasgow. Fast shuttle service to and from Airport. Overall very happy with cost and service, and do not see that I need look further for off airport parking

We used this for a 5day trip away in Feb 2010 and would definately use it again -the service is really good and so easy- effortless transfer to airport and minibus actually waiting for us on return- they know what flight you are on and know all the times etc.Car ready and parked exactely where they stop the minibus so no trailing about to reach your car. The car park was a little hard to find initially but managed on second attempt at the road.Good value.

Perfect service but found it a bit strange that they left the keys on the passenger seat while the car was unlocked right next to the gate. Didn't seem like the safest way of picking your car up. Great value for money though

I was very satisfied with the service we received from Edinburgh Park and Fly. We had only a very short wait for a shuttle to take us from airport to car park and when we arrived the car was ready waiting for us, with the engine nicely warmed up to defrost it so we could get a swift drive off. Well done... We would definitely recommend the Park and Fly experience to others.

Service was quick, efficient and prompt. It was certainly Valet style parking. Security excellent. Directions to the parking lot is not very well signposted. The parking lot is a little farther away from the airport than others but that was not a big deal. The price was right. I would use them again if they were the cheapest option.

Arrival at 5.30am was ok.

Return trip - Arriving back at about 4pm, I had to phone for the bus and then wait about 15 minutes. Had to scrape my car clear of ice - as an obesrtvaion, running the engine for a few minutes once I was on the bus to clear this would have been appreciated.

Hi
Overall I found your service quick and fairly efficent. Where you are based suits me personally as I live 40mls north of Stirling. I dont know if you do meet and greet at the airport but that would be a useful option. We had a lot of luggage, Skis etc.
Overall, good worthy of a 4.

I would highly recommend Edinburgh Park & Fly. It was easy to find the car park & also very competitively priced. The staff were efficient and friendly throughout and I felt at ease leaving my car. A true high point was coming back to the car in the cold and dark to find the car engine had been put on and the heater set to on to heat the car up! A lovely touch!

A little difficult to find - just follow the instructions exactly, ignore the signs, some of which point a different way. Service excellent both ways. Bus turned up 7 mins after phone call, car waiting when we got back. Will definitely use again.

All very good and efficient with no problems. Just a few minutes to wait for the next bus and the car was waiting ready for us to pick up and go. Just try to allow an extra 10/15 minutes to get to airport to avoid being late.

As always, this parking service is as good as it gets, prompt and courteous service at check-in, quick transfer to airport, prompt pickup and transfer to find car ready for collection. Will use this service again.
A frequent user loyalty discount would be nice, or a free car wash !

Transfers to and from airport were swift, car was waiting for me on return and had been warmed up as it was cold and frosty night so no need to scrape windows or go into freezing cold car. Good experience.
