Distance to airport	You will be met by a Chauffeur at your departure terminal. Your car will be appraised and moved to one of our compounds.
Transfers from airport	No transfers required - you will be met at your departure terminal and again at your arrival terminal on your return.
Directions	From the M1 North:: Exit at Junction 24 and take the A453 to East Midlands Airport. From the M1 South: Exit at Junction 23A and follow the signs to the airport. From the West: Follow the A50 to Junction 24 of the M1 and then follow the signs to the airport. The chauffeur will meet you opposite the terminal in the Short Stay Car Park
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. Please call the number in your confirmation ten mins prior to arrival at the airport. You will be met by a uniformed driver in a distinguisable parking bay in the Short Stay car park opposite the terminal building entrance. The driver will then appraise your car and give you a receipt.
Return procedure	On return use the Prestige Parking phone in the arrivals hall. Your car will be waiting for you outside, simply exchange the receipt for your keys.
Security	Park Mark - Safer Parking Award. Our compounds are patrolled 24 hours a day, restricted access, CCTV and perimeter fences.
