Distance to airport	You will be met by a Chauffeur at your departure terminal. Your car will be appraised and moved to one of our compounds.
Transfers from airport	No transfers required - you will be met at your departure terminal and again at your arrival terminal on your return.
Directions	Please check your booking confirmation for details. From the M1 North:: Exit at Junction 24 and take the A453 to East Midlands Airport. From the M1 South: Exit at Junction 23A and follow the signs to the airport. From the West: Follow the A50 to Junction 24 of the M1 and then follow the signs to the airport. On entering the airport follow the signs for Rapid Drop off area. Make sure you stay in the right hand lane and follow it round until you are outside the terminal (don't go though any ticket barriers).
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. Please call the number in your confirmation 20 mins prior to arrival at the airport. Follow the signs to the Rapid Drop Off Area, follow the lane round until you are in front of the terminal and then simply park up and you will be met by our uniformed driver. (Do NOT go into the Airport's Meet and Greet Area). The Prestige Parking friendly representative will appraise your car, take the keys from you and give you a receipt.
Return procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. When you land back at the airport, use the Prestige Parking dedicated phone in the arrivals hall to let us know you are back. Your car will be waiting for you outside where you dropped it off. We will give you a pound coin to exit the rapid lane area and away you go.
Security	Our compounds are patrolled 24 hours a day, restricted access, CCTV and perimeter fences.

Additional information	Height restriction: 3.3 metres wide and 5 metres high. Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.
