Directions

From the North: Leave the M1 at Junction 24 and following the signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport.

From the South: Leave the M1 at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport.

From the West: Follow A50 to J24 then follow the signs to East Midlands airport.

Upon your arrival at the airport , Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout traffic island and following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed to go straight on over, reaching a third second roundabout. Continue straight on and Car park 3 is on your right.

Distance to airport

The car park is situated within walking distance of the airport terminal.

Transfers from airport

The car park is within a short walking distance of the terminal although a regular shuttle bus is also available if required.

Arrival procedure

On entry to the car park please take a ticket at the barrier and park your car.

Departure procedure

On return to the Airport proceed to the Car park control office (situated in the Short stay car park) and present your entry ticket and booking confirmation. Your ticket will be validated and you should then return to the car park and your vehicle. Drive to the exit barrier and enter your validated ticket to gain exit from the car park. Alternatively, return to your car and drive to the barrier and press the button on the barrier machine. When the attendant responds, please quote your booking reference and car registration. The barrier will then be opened for you to exit.

Security

The car park has perimeter fencing, CCTV and regular security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.

Insurance

The Airport is insured for damage caused by their own negligence but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available from the car park on request.

Disabled facilities

Blue badge holders may pre-book this long stay product and park in the Short stay car park instead where dedicated spaces are available. Please ensure that your Blue badge is clearly displayed and upon your return state that you have parked in the Short stay car park when you present your entry ticket and booking confirmation to the Car park enquiries office (situated in the Short stay car park).
