Distance to airport

An LCS Meet & Greet chauffeur will meet you close to the terminal. Your car will be stored in a secure car park nearby. When you return it will be delivered back to you at the pick-up point near the terminal.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not needed as this is a Meet and Greet service.

Arrival procedure

Please call when you are 30 minutes away. On arriving at the airport, please pull into the bays in row C of the short stay where a chauffeur will be waiting for you.

N.B If there is a change in your arrival or departure time to that specified in your booking, please advise us of your change of plans and giving as much notice as possible or a minimum of 1 hour. This is to help us to ensure that we have a chauffeur waiting for you. Failure to do so may risk a slight delay to your car parking arrangements.

If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence.

Return procedure

Just simply call the chauffeur hot line once you have collected your luggage, and you'll be met at the pick up point with your vehicle.

When you collect your car from the pick-up point on return from your holiday, there is a fee of £2 to exit the drop-off car park. If you go over 30 minutes, you will be required to pay the airports standard fee to exit.

Security

The parking compound is manned 24 hours. All drivers are uniformed, carry ID, are trained and fully insured.
