Directions	Please check your confirmation email for details. Cardiff airport is located in Rhoose, just 12 miles west of Cardiff city centre. Leave the M4 at junction 33. Take the A4232 sign-posted for Barry/Airport. Turn off at the first exit onto the A4232 sign-posted for Barry/Cardiff Airport, A4050/A48 Cardiff Centre. At A48 junction roundabout take the third exit sign-posted for A4050 Barry/Airport. For the next six roundabouts follow the A4050 Barry/Airport. At the seventh roundabout take the second exit for Barry/Airport A4050. Take the second exit at the eighth roundabout. At the ninth roundabout take the second exit. At the tenth roundabout take the first exit signposted for Cardiff airport. Carry on into the airport, the on airport parking is clearly sign-posted. For customers who booked with ET: Leave M4 motorway at Junction 29, then join the A48 (M) motorway (signposted Cardiff Airport). Follow signs for Cardiff Airport. At the roundabout on Port Road West (A4226) take the 2nd Exit to continue on the A4226 (signposted Long Stay 1 pre-booked, St Athan, Llantwit Major). At roundabout take the 1st Exit onto Airport approach road (signposted Cardiff International Airport, Long Stay 1 pre-booked). Entrance to Long Stay 1 3rd turning on the left.
Transfers from airport	A shuttle bus operates during the summer months, running every five minutes and taking around five minutes. During other periods, it is a short walk to the terminal from the car park. Please check your confirmation for further details.
Arrival procedure	Take a ticket on entry and park your car. Unload your luggage and take the shuttle bus to the airport.
Departure procedure	Proceed to the arrivals lounge where you will find the NCP customer service desk. Present your entry ticket and voucher to validate your booking and proceed to exit the car park.
Security	Cardiff On Airport Parking is fully secured with fencing, CCTV and regular patrols.
Insurance	Parking is always at owner's own risk.

Disabled facilities	Disabled bays are available opposite the exits, step free routes to terminal, transfer buses lower to the curb and wheelchair anchors - which stop wheelchairs sliding around on on the bus.
Additional information	If your car is parked for longer than the amount of time booked, you can be charged for the additional time on departure. This is charged at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays. We strongly recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your flight check in time.

The parking was situated close to the terminal and was within easy walking distance with a suitcase. Validating the ticket on the return journey was also easy and quick. The one thing I would say is that the sign posts for long term/short term aren't so good. I mistakenly took a wrong tun and ended up having to go into the short term car park (no way to reverse before going through barrier) and had to pay �1 for spending less than 30 secs as this would appear to be the only way out. Also the barriers were not manned so had no choice but to pay for the ticket in order to navigate around to the long term.
