Directions	Bristol International airport is located on the A38, 8 miles south of Bristol. The Long Stay car park is on your right as you enter the airport, please follow the signs for Long Stay.
Arrival procedure	Please follow the instructions in your confirmation as details may vary. We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. Upon arrival at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will take a moment to read your vehicle registration. Touch the button on the machine to be issued with a ticket and to raise the barrier. Please keep this ticket safe as you will need to insert it at the exit barrier upon leaving the car park. We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you. If the ticket issued on entry does not have your vehicle registration printed on the front, and instead contains the words “payment required”, upon your return please go to the Car Park Kiosk (manned kiosk situated adjacent to the exit barriers). Please present your booking confirmation and entry ticket, which will then be validated for exit. The kiosk is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Departure procedure	Please follow the instructions in your confirmation as details may vary. Upon arrival at the car park entry barrier, the automatic number plate recognition system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. If the system did not recognise your car registration on arrival, BEFORE collecting your car please present your booking confirmation and entry ticket at the car park kiosk (manned kiosk situated adjacent the exit barriers) where your ticket will be validated for exit. The kiosk is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Security	All on-site car parks at Bristol International airport have been awarded the Park Mark award for safer parking. The long stay car park is barrier controlled, fenced, well lit and is staffed 24 hours a day. CCTV and Automatic Number Plate Recognition are in operation.
Insurance	Parking is at owner's own risk. Insurance is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the car park. BIA does not provide insurance for cars parked within the long stay car park.
