Transfers from airport	Transfers operate 24 hours a day, approximately every 20 minutes, taking just 3-4 minutes.
Directions	Bristol International airport is located on the A38, 8 miles south of Bristol. The Long Stay car park is on your right as you enter the airport, please follow the signs for Long Stay.
Arrival procedure	Please follow the instructions in your confirmation. For BCP customers: At the entry barrier, insert the same payment card used to make your booking. The card will be recognised and the barrier will rise automatically. Credit/Debit card recognition is the only form of access to the car park, however if the payment card is not available, please take a ticket at the entry barrier and present it to kiosk staff upon exit, along with your booking confirmation.(Manned kiosk situated adjacent the exit barriers.) Other providers: On arrival take an entry ticket at the barrier and park in an available space.
Departure procedure	Please follow the instructions in your confirmation. For BCP customers: At the exit barrier, insert the same payment card. The barrier will rise automatically. Other providers: Drive to the exit, hand in your entry ticket and confirmation at the kiosk, where your ticket will be validated.
Security	The long stay car park is barrier controlled, fenced, well lit and is staffed 24 hours a day. CCTV and Automatic Number Plate Recognition are in operation. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.
Insurance	Parking is at owner's own risk. Insurance is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the car park. BIA does not provide insurance for cars parked within the long stay car park.
EXTRAS
Disabled facilities	Wider spaces for Blue Badge holders are available. Assistance buttons are located at each entry barrier and staff are available to assist. Please contact us on 0871 3344450 in advance of your arrival if you require special assistance.
Additional information	Please allow plenty of time for airport check-in and security. The Long Stay car park is a self park car park. There is no requirement to hand in your keys.
