Directions to the terminal will be provided with your booking confirmation. Your car will be collected from the airport terminal. Please call the number on your confirmation 15-20 minutes before arrival at the airport terminal to re-confirm your arrival and meet time.

Arrival procedure

A driver will meet you outside the terminal and take your car to a secure storage area close to the airport.

All of the chauffeurs are fully insured.

Customers are asked to call 15 mins before arriving, or 10 miles before. This is to confirm your name and car details.

For Purple Parking customers: The Chauffeur, wearing a black jacket, will meet you outside the terminal. They will help load the luggage and explain where the customer will be collected from on return. The number to call in an emergency is 07092 077 098. This will put you directly through to one of Car Park representatives.
