Distance to airport	You will be met at the airport terminal.
Transfers from airport	N/A - Meet and Greet.
Directions	Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Drop and Go car park, take a ticket from the barrier and park in the bay near to the tall lamp post located in the centre of the Car Park where you will be met by a Meteor driver. On your return, after collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number on your confirmation. Return to the Drop and Go car park by the tall lamp post to collect your car. Please call Aardvark on the number on your confirmation for any amendment to your reservation (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time) or for last minute problems.
Arrival procedure	Please call number on your voucher ten mins before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Rapid Drop Off, take a ticket from the barrier and park in the bay near to the tall lamp post in the centre of the Car Park where you will be met.
Return procedure	After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call using the number given. Return to the Rapid Drop-off by the tall lamp post to collect your car.
Security	The car park has 24 hour manned security, 6ft high security fencing and security lighting.
Additional information	You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Aardvark, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible. Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a Ł15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Aardvark Meet and Greet are unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles at Birmingham.
